Enjoy a quiet morning learning about Iowa birds and a special citizen science project, the Great Backyard Bird Count. We will start with a short presentation about this global volunteer project and birding basics. Then, friends can choose between a a self-led hike to search for birds, or watch from our bird viewing window to count birds.
Bird nerds and beginner birds both welcomed.
