🦃 It’s time to think about Thanksgiving plans and not just what you’re cooking!Keep fats, oils, and grease (FOG) out of your drain by disposing of them at Ocala Water Resources’ Grease Collection Day on Saturday, Nov. 29.
Bring a sealed container to one of these locations:
â–ª Ocala Wetland Recharge Park, 2105 NW 21st St.
â–ª Water Reclamation Facility #2, 4200 SE 24th St.
Containers will be accepted from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and are limited to 5 gallons per City of Ocala customer.
Acceptable materials include cooking oil, bacon grease, meat drippings, and similar fats, oils and grease from cooking.
Commercial or business drop-offs are not accepted.
We do not accept motor oil, antifreeze, other automotive fluids or containers with food waste or debris.
