Join Marina from Grazing Gouda in Sacramento, CA and learn how to make a Charcuterie board in this live Workshop Charcuterie 101 Class at Track 7 Brewery in the Natomas Taproom! One Drink included per ticket!
This class will have some holiday ingredients!
Marina will teach you everything you need to know on how to arrange a beautiful charcuterie board. You will learn build-a-bite pairing suggestions, as well as guidance and tips on cheese selection and cutting techniques and board layout as well as some intermediate skills including creating beautiful salami roses and fruit carving. You will be guided step by step as you create your own 10” cheese plate that serves 2-3 people as an appetizer!
Note: When choosing your tickets, you will be able to select either a Single or Pair. Single tickets include one seat, one drink, one board and all of the ingredients to make one board. Pair tickets include two seats, two drinks, one board and all of the ingredients to make one board.
1) Single: This includes all of the ingredients to make and take home a 10in charcuterie board & 1 drink. Your ingredients will be brought directly to class from us!
2) Pair: This includes 2 seats, 2 drinks, and one set of ingredients to make one board together.
