Try this simple yet powerful reset and breathe with intention for just 30 minutes a week!Led by certified breathwork facilitator and mindfulness teacher Amy Caruso, each 30-minute session is designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release tension, and reconnect with your inner calm. This series is ideal for anyone seeking greater peace and resilience—especially busy professionals, parents, and caregivers. In just 30 minutes a week, you’ll gain tools for emotional balance, better sleep, and a renewed sense of clarity.
Classes: November 3 – 24, Mondays 5:30 – 6:00 pm.

Rooted in a trauma-informed, inclusive, and heart-centered approach, Amy holds space for participants of all backgrounds and experience levels.
Each week features a new theme, such as emotional release or heart-opening connection. You’ll be guided through intentional breath patterns with music, reflection, and ease—whether seated or lying down. No experience is needed—just show up, breathe, and be.
