During this session, you’ll enjoy a selection of delicious hot teas, and relax with warm Lake Superior stones wrapped in towels and infused with essential oils. We’ll guide you through two meditations focused on gratitude, followed by time for personal journaling and reflection on what you’re thankful for.
Please bring your own gratitude journal if you have one; otherwise, we’ll provide paper for you to write on.
