Come join us for a relaxing afternoon of gratitude journaling at Radical Exhale! This in-person event will take place at 2408 Ashley River Rd unit w Charleston, SC. Event includes your personal journal and pen to begin the practice of gratitude together. No experience necessary - just bring an open heart and a willingness to reflect on the positives in your life. See you there!

There is something to be said about writing on paper it has been scientifically proven that handwritten notes are a powerful tool for encrypting embodied cognition. In addition we will take this process further with writing things that we are greatful for. As the process of gratitude changes your brain for the greater good and aids in releasing negative emotions.
