Join me in a healing celebration of gratitude with Mother Nature, full moon, & community! Each guest gets a gratitude jar to take home to continue giving thanks which creates your own Abundance! 11 years & up. We will do a short walk in nature as well as some mindful breathing & Nature activities designed to open up & incorporate all of your senses into this calming healing experience. We will end in tea ceremony taking in the taste of of the forest. Learn how to heal naturally with all Mother Nature has to offer on this sensory & educational forest bathing experience.
