About this Event
A gratitude nature walk is a beautiful way to immerse yourself in nature while fostering a sense of appreciation and mindfulness. Each month I will pick a new location in the East Bay or return to beloved ones. July we will walk the Montclair Railroad Trail. We will meet by the Montclair Parking Garage at the corner of Lasalle/Lucas Ave. To get to the trail we have to walk up some stairs and a short steep paved walkway. Please note there are no bathrooms on the trail. Please stop at Safeway which is a block away (2096 Mountain Blvd, Oakland, CA 94611). Follow me so you get notified when I create a new event for the following month.

- Walking can improve cardiovascular health, strengthen bones and muscles, enhance balance and coordination.
- Get a dose of vitamin D from the sun! This is crucial for various bodily functions, including maintaining strong bones, supporting the immune system, and regulating mood.
