About this Event
Gratitude Hike – A Reinas Who Hike Celebration of Community and Nature, featuring our special guests: Northern Light Productions & Saguaro National Park
Join us for a special two-day event that honors our connections with nature, community, and each other, with a special feature for the upcoming 250th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence at Saguaro National Park (west)!
Meet & Greet Reception: Start the weekend on Friday (November 22) evening with a welcoming reception featuring Northern Lights Production, a media and film production company known for creating documentaries, educational films, and historical pieces. This gathering offers a chance to meet other Reinas, share experiences, and discuss the values we bring to the outdoors. Additionally, Northern Lights Production will share more about an exciting project: a film commemorating the 250th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, which will feature Reinas Who Hike and our journey at Saguaro National Park (west). This segment celebrates the diversity of voices shaping the story of America and honors our connection to these cherished lands. Light appetizers and refreshments will be served.
Gratitude Hike On Saturday (November 23) late afternoon, join us for a Gratitude Hike through the stunning landscape of the Sonoran Desert King Canyon Trail and Signal Hill Trail. As we walk, we will reflect on our gratitude for nature, our ancestors, our future and the supportive, resilient community we have built together. This hike welcomes all skill levels and provides a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with the land and each other.
