Gratitude Flow Yoga
Step into a space of calm, connection, and heartfelt reflection. This free yoga class is more than movement — it’s an opportunity to pause, breathe, and embody the spirit of gratitude as we prepare for the season of thanks. Guided by Karina Madrigal, you’ll be led through gentle flows and mindful breathwork designed to center your body and open your heart.
To deepen the practice, we’ll also explore gratitude off the mat: with reflection cards and journal prompts that invite you to notice the blessings in your life and express them in your own words. Together, we’ll create a circle of intention — moving, breathing, and writing as a community rooted in thankfulness.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is about slowing down, savoring the present, and carrying gratitude into every corner of your day. Come ready to stretch, reflect, and leave with a lighter spirit and a fuller heart.
About Karina:
Karina is a certified Yoga Teacher, Positive Psychology and Happiness Coach with over a decade of experience in the field. Holding a degree in Psychology from UCLA, she focuses on enhancing community well-being through a holistic, evidence-based approach. Karina helps individual clients find meaning and authentic happiness using techniques like mindfulness, forgiveness, human connections, acts of kindness, spirituality, healing, and inner strengths.
