Join City Glow Yoga for a soulful morning of silent disco yoga, Pilates, and brunch at the AC Hotel Detroit at the Bonstelle on Sunday, November 30th from 11 AM–2 PM.
From 11:00–12:30, flow through a yoga & Pilates flow led by Adria Moses and soundtracked by DJ Kaels. Every movement is an act of gratitude for your body, your breath, and the energy shared in the room.
Then, from 12:30–2:00, gather in the hotel’s bright conservatory for a homemade brunch and community connection. Enjoy local vendors, fresh bites, and feel-good conversation as the glow continues.
