This gratitude group practices in person and on zoom every Monday, creating a field of miracles and good feelings. Lately we have been using the book Make Miracles in Forty Days by Melody Beattie, a radical gratitude practice.Sometimes we play games. Sometimes we make up our own exercises and meditations. The participants are welcome to bring to the group new ideas and practices. Often the meditations and conversations are ground breaking. Whatever we do, we cook in thankfulness, presence and appreciation, even with the challenges we have in our lives.
If you'd like to arrive earlier for the EFT group that uses trauma and stress relieving somatic exercises please feel free to come in anytime. If you would like to stay for Sacred Knowing, the constellation group that meets after, you are welcome. Same link, Same location, anytime 5pm with official times:
