Get ready to take an exciting journey into our world of bourbon and food at Grateful Goat Brewing & Provisions Beam Suntori family bourbon dinner!
The adventure begins on Thursday, November 21st at 6:30 p.m. where we will take you through four unique and delicious courses, each prepared and paired with some of the best Beam Suntori bourbons. Please see below:

First Course 6:30 p.m.
Whole smoked chicken wings: Apple smoked and tossed in Chef Jason's Thai Samal sauce and served with a fresh herb ranch dressing. Paired with Maker's Mark Cask Strength.
Second Course
Chopped salad with rhubarb vinaigrette: Chopped romaine, pickled onions, candied walnuts, maple encrusted marscopone cheese, and roasted pears. Paired with Basil Hayden Straight.
Third Course
Miso Seared Salmon with grilled Bak Choy and leeks or Misa Marinated Grilled Ribeye with grilled Bak Choy and leeks. Paired with Suntori Toki.
Dessert
Table side s'mores: Create and roast your own s'mores utilizing an array of gourmet marshmallows, graham crackers, hand selected artisan chocolates, peanut butter cups, and homemade caramel sauce. Paired with Legent.
Each ticket purchase includes gratuity. We have limited seating and expect to sell out fast, so don't wait to get your tickets for this exciting event!
Ticket holders should check-in between 6:00-6:15 p.m. so that you are seated and settled in time for the fun.
