About this Event

Discover meaning in daily living

Grateful Gatherings are monthly group conversations where we explore how gratitude and grateful living can lead to meaning, purpose, and joy in our lives. Each month, you'll receive materials about the monthly topic from our parent organization, Grateful.org. You'll have time to read the material (generally around one page long) and contemplate in advance. Doing the "homework" is not a requirement to join the discussion. When you arrive at the gathering, after a brief introduction and embodiment practice, we'll discuss the topic of the month. Examples of topics include awe, hope, sufficiency vs. scarcity, and other facets of life that empower grateful living. In addition to discussions, we will watch videos, listen to music, and read poetry to really absorb the topic at hand.
Hosted by trained facilitators, Grateful Gatherings are informed by spiritual wisdom, scholarship, and scientific research. We focus on providing community connection, invigorating reflection and conversation, and practical tools for living a meaningful and flourishing life. Gatherings are open to anyone seeking inspiration, resources, and fellowship for living life with purpose and joy.
We will be in the Eloise May library at 1471 S. Parker Road, Denver, CO 80231
