Just one day after the Conowingo, we visit another staple in our annual schedule. The Upper Bay has potential to put out some big ole fish. Throughout a lot of the year, these fish live in the expansive grass flats of the Upper Bay. Some will be caught there during this event but, you should also be able to find them in Prespawn and Spawn locations. Event #5 should be an exciting one!
