Join my friendly swim group for a seasonal saunter around Grasmere and Rydal Water. On this walk we complete a circuit of both lakes at a relaxed and sociable pace with the option of two dips. Our walk is 9km with 190m of ascent on mostly good paths with some road walking.
Swimmers should be acclimatised for January temperatures (winter swimming conditions) and wetsuits are optional for experienced cold water swimmers.
Dogs are welcome on a lead.
