Grant Writing Workshop 101

Grant writing is the process of crafting a written proposal to receive grant funding from a grant making institution in order to fund a program. Learn how to write your first grant.


Our nonprofit organization will be hosting a grant writing workshop LLC Small Business and Nonprofit Organization Sustainability Through Pecuniary Resources Grants and Funding Workshop on Saturday June 8 2024 from 10:30am – 3:30pm at the Norcross Cultural Arts and Community Center.


Participants will receive a 30-minute break in which our staff will serve free catered lunch. Vegetarian meal options will be available. There is limited space available for this workshop so we encourage you to reserve your seat today. Our programs were specifically designed to assist low-income individuals and low-income families with children. The $75 donation registration fee only applies to low--income individuals. To determine if you meet the definition of low-income, you must complete the workshop registration form on our website. If you do not meet the definition of low-income, you may still participate by paying a $300 donation registration fee.
