The body is the most immediate doorway into presence.This course begins by exploring awareness as it is felt through posture, breath, movement, and sensation. Rather than trying to control experience, we learn how attention can settle and open as effort softens. Practices of mindfulness and embodied awareness support a growing sense of ease, stability, and clarity. While the body is the primary focus, other themes may be explored depending on the interests and experience of those attending.
