Park Active sessions are free, weekly fitness sessions led by trained volunteers in your local park.Please wear sensible shoes, clothing and bring a drink.
The meeting point is on the main car park.
For most people physical activity should not pose any problem or hazard, there is a verbal health check before starting the session. If you have any concerns about particpating please speak to your GP before attending.
