About this Event

Join us for an interactive panel featuring Grandparents as Parents at 310 Dallas St NE, Huntsville, AL 35801 (National Child Advocacy Center Training Building). Grandparents as Parents is a nonprofit organization which assists, provides education, advocates for, and develops Grandparents/kinship guardians who are raising their Grandchildren or children not directly their own - by providing charitable and emotional support, along with necessary resources and advocacy for the immediate needs of these guardians and the children they care for.

This should be an insightful discussion on the joys and challenges of grandparents raising their grandchildren. Our panel of experts will share their experiences and offer advice on navigating this unique family dynamic. Whether you are a grandparent, a parent, or just curious about the topic, this event is sure to provide valuable information and support.

Grandparents as Parents is also an opportunity to connect with others who have lived this experience or are currently facing the joys and challenges of parenting as grandparents.
