Family caregivers will learn 35 tools to: avoid burnout, lessen stress, stop negative self-talk, strengthen communication, convey needs, and deal with difficult emotions.The class will take place every Thursday starting September 4 through October 9. Attendance to all 6 consecutive classes is requested, this is not a drop-in style class.
