Grand Slam/Fladfiskecup - 2 fishing competitions held on the same weekend, November 2nd and 3rd, 2024. The competition will take place from Helsingør Kulturhavn and will run from 8am to 3pm both days. There will be a drawing for places at 7:30 am. The entry fee is 500,- per competition/day, and participants can sign up by calling 26184759. The competition rules are as follows: In Grand Slam, the participant with the longest combined length of one redspætte, one skrubbe, and one ising will be the overall winner. In Fladfiskecuppen, the participant with the highest total points will be the winner, with the following point system: Rødspætte 3 points, Skrubbe 2 points, and Ising 1 point. Catch and release with continuous measurement/registration of fish. Fish that must be kept after registration must have their tail cut off immediately. There is no minimum size limit for registered fish. Participants can fish with a maximum of 3 hooks. Participants can only fish with one rod at a time, with the other rods being rigged and ready to use. Bait is not included in the price, but participants can bring their own bait, with no restrictions on type or quantity. Prizes for both competitions/days: 1st place: 3,000,- cash, 2nd place: 1,500,- cash, 3rd place: 1,000,- cash, 4th place: Grejpræmie, 5th place: Grejpræmie.
