Beth Fisher brings over 30 years of cross-sector experience to her work as a strategic, results-driven leader. She spent 25 years in corporate technology sales, earning a strong reputation for driving change, elevating performance, and building healthy, people-centric cultures. Her impact spans single-location organizations to Fortune 100 companies, where she transformed foundations, strategies, and processes to position teams for long-term success.
After transitioning from the corporate sector, Beth served as Chief Advancement Officer and interim CEO at Mel Trotter Ministries, leading an 18-person Marketing and Development team, serving on the Executive Leadership Team, and delivering a 20% year-over-year revenue increase. She now serves as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Become Unmistakable, a manager upskilling and leadership development firm.
A sought-after keynote speaker, Beth regularly presents at industry conferences and corporate events. While deeply skilled in organizational culture, change management, and process implementation, her true passion is mentoring and equipping leaders to execute winning strategies and overcome adversity.
Beth is also the founder of Fisher Strategic, a consultancy that helps nonprofits implement CRM systems and fundraising strategies. She is a published author, holds two master’s degrees in theology, and has completed more than 30 marathons. When she’s not working, you can find her on the pickleball court.
