Bob Beagrie is a poet, performer and literary activist from Middlesbrough. He has published many books and has been translated into French, Spanish, Tamil, Finnish, Estonian, Urdu, Gaelic and Karelian. He will be reading from his forthcoming collection 'The Hand of Glory: a biography', (Yaffle) which is an absurd, gothic narrative about the legend of the severed hand on display in Whitby Museum.Usual 3 minute open mic x 12 spots and PAYF into the Hat of I can afford that.
