Throughout the day AZ I AM will offer complimentary classes for you to experience the diverse Hot or Not™ class formats that we offer (sign up required) while our vendors and service providers from our community offer immunity elixirs, and plentiful healthy delights for you to enjoy a safe, socially distanced day of wellness and community.
Our Hot or Not™ studio offers the highest quality Infrared Heat, to supply immune boosting, COVID eradicating heat to select classes. Don't fear the heat - this isn't like other hot yoga chains with dry, suffocating heat! We use infrared light, which warms you from the inside out.
From 6-7pm we will offer a Synchro Satsang with AZ I AM founder Alanna Zabel, a Dharma Talk with Brent Laffoon and a Studio Blessing .
We'll close the evening with a powerful four-station New Moon Solar Eclipse Sound Healing Journey at 7:30pm (separate registration).
*We take COVID seriously. Our limited tickets are issued in two-hour windows . Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
During this time, we have added extra sanitizing and disinfecting measures. We have added UV lamps and infrared heaters inside our studio, nightly deep cleaning, monthly electrostatic cleaning as well as additional disinfecting between classes.
We are closely following guidelines from various health organizations and some of the new measures listed below are mandated and temporary. Please see below for all the ways we are working to keep you happy and healthy as you relax and transform.
As always, we ask that guests and employees please stay at home if they are feeling unwell, displaying symptoms, or recovering from an illness.
