Welcome to the Grand Opening of Solitude Sauna Studio! Join us at 2915 Kerry Forest Pkwy for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation.
Experience our state-of-the-art full-spectrum infrared saunas and unwind in a tranquil setting.
Offering five infrared saunas as well as a halotherapy and red-light therapy rooms.
This in-person event is your chance to discover the benefits of our infrared sauna sessions firsthand.
Come dressed ready for to sweat as all guests will receive a free 20 min sauna session. Walk-in anytime between 9:00 am - 8:00 pm.
Wear comfortable, breatheable, loose clothing. Cotton is recommended and lighter colors.
Drink plenty of water and eat something a couple hours before. Enjoy time to mediate, listen to your favorite podcast, read a book, stretch it out, or simply find solitude in your session.
Temperatures rise between 100-140 degrees. Towels are provide. Studio assistants will give you a tour and help answer any questions.
As part of our celebration we will be having refreshing cold water available, face wipes, special promotions, giveaways, entertainment and special guests.
