Come check out our new location by Lynnhaven Mall! We will have vendors, raffles, FUN, and an outdoor workout you won’t forget! You’re welcome to come on in and mingle, ask questions about the gym, chat with trainers and current members, or just come in to get your SAT AM workout in! The workout will kick off around 9am and will run about 45 mins! **The first 50 people to show up and sign a waiver will be included in the workout.**
