I am a certified Reiki practitioner & yoga teacher. My journey began at a time when I was experiencing depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. I turned to yoga and Reiki as a way to reconnect with myself. Through these practices, I discovered a deeper sense of purpose and alignment that I now share with others through Rooted Bliss Wellness. My goal is to create a nurturing environment where people can step away from the constant stimulation of the outside world and come back to their true selves.
