The Mosaic Life Care Foundation is hosting tours today for residents to see the progress on InspireU, the Children's Discovery Center coming to downtown St. Joseph, ahead of the December 26th Grand Opening. The museum is about 90% of the way completed, according to Mosaic Life Care Foundation President Julie Gaddie.
