A new soul food restaurant is coming to Lansing, Michigan June 25, 2024. Carrie’s Kitchen is black owned and operated by Kel Moore from Daytona Beach, Florida.Kel is currently a District Manager at Rally’s and has over 15 years experience in the food and beverage industry.
