Welcome to the Grand Opening of the Rev. Bill Crews Foundation Social Health and Wellbeing Clinic!
Expanding from our successful Ashfield clinic, we are proud to offer free, essential healthcare services to the Blacktown and Western Sydney communities.
Our clinic is dedicated to providing comprehensive care to those in need, especially individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, addiction, disability, and those from migrant or lower socioeconomic backgrounds.
Our Services Include:
- General Practitioner Care – including mental health and GP management plans
- Dental Services – cost-free consultations and care
- Allied Health Services – visiting podiatry, chiropractic, and neurology services
- Collaborations with Local Pharmacies & Health Providers – ensuring access to Medic*tion and coordinated care
Our holistic, trauma-informed approach to healthcare aims to improve long-term outcomes by providing wrap-around care, reducing the need for hospital visits. Our compassionate team of GPs, nurses, and support staff are committed to offering quality, accessible care to everyone, regardless of their circumstances.
