Join us for the grand opening of our Empower Kids class! This free, high-intensity class is designed to get your child active and engaged in a cool, air-conditioned environment. Our Empower Kids program will teach essential life skills, build confidence, self-control, focus, and discipline, along with valuable self-defense techniques.Ages 3-5 session is from 9:30am to 10:15am
Grades K and above session is from 2:30pm-3:15pm
* please wear comfortable clothing and easy to take off shoes
