Dallas, it’s finally happening — Prince St. Pizza, the cult-favorite New York “slice joint” known for its crispy pepperoni cups and craveable Sicilian-style square pies, is putting down permanent roots in Texas.Opening mid-October on Henderson Ave., this will be Prince St.’s first Texas restaurant in the brand’s 13-year history, taking over the landmark 1,200-square-foot space that once housed Fireside Pies — one of the original anchors of the Henderson dining scene.
Long-time Prince St. fans will recognize favorites like the Spicy Spring (fra diavolo sauce, thick-cut pepperoni cups baked on focaccia-like crust) and The Naughty (spicy vodka sauce, ricotta, mozzarella, hot honey, pepperoni). The new restaurant will also serve Caesar and Italian chopped salads, smoked mozzarella sticks and a plethora of desserts. From Vegas to West Hollywood to Miami, fans line up for a taste of what CEO Lawrence Longo calls “a good old-fashioned New York slice.”
