Excited to show off our new shop and welcome clients, industry professionals, partners, family and friends. We will start the grand opening events the week prior to the grand opening with two back-to-back nights to welcome in our high school mountain teams, as the final race is that following weekend. The week of the grand opening, we’ll host a private event for the Vertigals on Wed, hold an industry night on Thurs, and then regular grand opening for all customers on Friday and Saturday. Store hours will be adjusted for each event, see event timelines for each day below. These days will be all hands-on deck, so please mark your calendars for these days, and help us spread the word about the shop! Cranks Queens Clinic/Sale| Sept. 18th Bike Repair Kit
We are hosting a monthly clinic with Crank Queens. This would be an opportunity to have our shop ready for the Grand Opening by offering the clinic attendees a sneak peak with an extra 10% off items to get things started. We will have the step and repeat picture frame ready and get some great photos to start sharing for the grand opening.
High School Bike Teams | Tues and Wed, Sept 23 and 24
We are inviting the high school bike teams to come in on Tuesday and Wednesday, September 23 and 24 to preview the store and do some end-of-season shopping. Students will get 10% off any purchases those nights. We’ll close the store at 5pm to the public and run the private event from 5-7pm. Students can enter to win prizes that will be drawn the week after the grand opening, no purchase necessary to enter, but must fill out entire form. We should partner with an energy/sports drink company, they could do a tasting, and then light snacks, potentially partner with energy bar company as well.
Vertigals Bubbles and Chocolate Night | Wed, Oct 1
We are hosting a fun night for the Vertigals to kick off ski season with a preview of the store and shopping, bubbles and chocolate tasting (The Chocolat Bar), and a video and photos from previous seasons. The Gals will get 10% off any purchases that night, and a commemorative cup to take home. We will also set up a photo area with a logo wall for selfies and tagging Ridgeline on social media. We’ll close the store at 6:30pm to the public and run the private event from 7 – 8:30pm. An html email invitation will be sent out to the Vertigals so we can collect RSVPs. Music will be a “girls night out” playlist. The Gals can enter to win prizes that will be drawn the week after the grand opening, no purchase necessary to enter, but must fill out entire form.
Industry Rockstar Night at the Ridgeline Voodoo Lounge | Thurs, Oct 2
We are hosting a VIP Rockstar night for our industry peeps, with a preview of the store and shopping, and nibbles and beer from Voodoo Brewery. The reps will get 10% off any purchases that night, along with a logo pint glass “We Work With Rockstars” and a concert style commemorative t-shirt. The entrance will be setup like a red carpet event with the logo wall and person to take photos and post/tag on the Ridgeline facebook page. An html email invitation will be sent to the reps so we can collect RSVPs. We’ll close the store at 6:30pm to the public and run the private event from 6:30 – 8:30pm. Music will be a playlist similar to a Warren Miller ski movie. The reps can enter to win prizes that will be drawn the week after the grand opening, no purchase necessary to enter, but must fill out entire form. We will also reach out to all of our vendors and suppliers for giveaway items and swag.
Grand Opening | Friday and Saturday, Oct 3 and 4
The store will officially be open to the public for our grand opening! We will have regular store hours both of these days, will run specials on stock from last year and sale on certain items. Customers/attendees can enter to win prizes that will be drawn the week after the grand opening, no purchase necessary to enter, but must fill out entire form.
