Come join us for the 4th Annual Grand Forks 10 weekend. The Grand Forks 10 is one of the funnest small-town 10-mile races in the United States. Our course offers 10 miles (or 10 km if you opt for your 10k option) of some of the best areas of Grand Forks: Downtown, UND Campus, and the Greenway.
The fun doesn’t stop there. Our event is a weekend celebration of running from August 23, 2024 to August 24, 2024 also includes our extremely popular Friday Night Beach Party 5K. Everyone is welcome to participate, spectate, and enjoy, so what are you waiting for? Secure your spot today.

Friday – Beach Party 5K – 6 PM
Saturday – Limited Packet Pick-Up – 5:30 to 6:30 AM
Saturday – 10 Mile & 10K – 7 AM
