There’s fun for all, and a bit of brainwork too, with the return of Letchworth Howard Rotary Club’s annual charity quiz night on Saturday November 1. And it’s all in aid of good causes. A great evening is guaranteed, with question-time challenges, terrific prizes for the winning teams, a mouth-watering ploughman’s supper, and an exciting raffle.We’re raising money for Garden House Hospice and also for patient amenities at Lister Hospital’s radiology department, where it’s planned to buy a television for the benefit of patients undergoing lengthy treatment sessions.
