Il 12 Aprile 1955 alla Fiera di Milano (Padiglione auto, avio, moto e ciclo) veniva presentata al pubblico la prima versione in commercio della 150 Gs (Modello Vs1).Il 12 Aprile 2025 il Vespa Club Taormina Asd celebra il 70^ compleanno della prima Vespa 150 Gs organizzando un Audax Internazionale denominato I^ Gran Sport Audax riservato a tutte le Vespe Gs prodotte dal 1955 al 1964.
Poiché è giusto celebrare il compleanno in famiglia saranno ammesse anche le progenitrici della 150 Gs (Vespa 125 Sport e Vespa 125 Sei Giorni) e le vespe sportive prodotte da Piaggio sino al 1979 (Vespa 180 Super Sport, Vespa 90 Super Sport, Vespa 180 Rally e Vespa 200 Rally).
Il numero di partecipanti è limitato a 180 (120 Vespe Gs e 60 Vespe non Gs).
Le iscrizioni apriranno il 06.01.2025.

On April 12, 2025 the Vespa Club Taormina Asd celebrates the 70th birthday of the first Vespa 150 Gs by organizing an International Audax called I^ Gran Sport Audax reserved for all Vespa Gs produced from 1955 to 1964.
Since it is right to celebrate the birthday in family will also be admitted the progenitors of the 150 GS (Vespa 125 Sport and Vespa 125 Six Days) and the sport vespas produced by Piaggio until 1979 (Vespa 180 Super Sport, Vespa 90 Super Sport, Vespa 180 Rally and Vespa 200 Rally).
