Join us for a belated celebration of World Whisky Day! Full Circle master flavourist, wine maker and distiller Rose Kentish will be joined by Master Cooper Andy Young and Whisky Dealer Graham Wright as they lead you along the Whisky Road in a 90 minute immersive tasting experience.

You’ll discover from grain to barrel to glass how great New World whiskies are created, and taste first hand how wood and time perform their alchemy.

Your tasting includes three new makes at different points in their journey towards whisky, and a Japanese Nikka whisky of similar style to compare them with. There’ll be a small paired tasting platter to accompany the tasting (and plenty of water!).

Behind the bar, for those who come early or linger afterwards, our guest mixologist for the afternoon, Antoine Jean Francois, will be serving up the iconic whisky classics.
