???????? ??? which invites artists from all over to hang out and tag the legendary walls of Saigon Outcast. 10 Pieces of 1m x 1m artworks by 10 featured artists such as Crazy Monkey and South Radish will be created on FRI, 9 Dec at the Graffiti Jam to raise funds for our fundraising beneficiary.
