The GradShow highlights the incredible research, creative projects, and entrepreneurial work of hundreds of graduate students from all disciplines at Colorado State University. By bringing together research posters, visual art presentations and performances, the GradShow inspires collaboration and connections between peers in many disciplines while showcasing the work of graduate students.This year’s keynote speaker is Jonathan Schwabish, a leader in the data visualization field; he will present “Better Charts, Bigger Impact: The Art and Science of Data Communication” in the LSC Theatre from 3:30-5 p.m. The keynote address is open to all, no ticket required.
Schedule of Events
- 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.: Poster and creative arts presentations — Grand Ballroom and Never No Summer
- 9:30 – 11:05 a.m.: Performing arts presentations — Grand Ballroom
- 12:30-2:00 p.m.: Free professional headshots for any graduate student — LSC Room 322
- 3:30-5:00 p.m.: Keynote presentation by Dr. Jonathan Schwabish — LSC Theatre
- 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.: Awards ceremony — Grand Ballroom
