About this Event
Join the Graduate Student Council and your fellow graduate students as the San Jose Sharks take on the Minnesota Wild at the SAP Center on November 7th from 6:00-10:30 PM! This event is open to 90 graduate students and their guests. Each ticket requires a $30 deposit to secure attendance, with the deposit being returned in its entirety upon attending.
Each ticket includes entry to the venue and transportation to and from Stanford. Bus transportation is REQUIRED for this event; this includes non-Stanford guests. Bus pickup will be at the Manzanita Field Garage Turnaround (On Jane Stanford Wy Near Campus Dr, Stanford, CA 94305) between 6:00-6:30 PM and return to the same location by 10:30 PM. We will be allocating tickets on a first-come, first-serve basis. Sales will begin at 12 PM on Wednesday, October 30th and remain open until tickets are sold out.
We also have 8 volunteer spots. These will also be first-come, first-serve and will require a $30 deposit each, which will be returned fully upon successful volunteering. Volunteers will also receive two movies tickets. Both Stanford students and their guests may volunteer.
Please note that we do not issue refunds for cancellations, except in cases of documented sickness/emergencies. You are free to sell your ticket(s) to people on the waitlist if you can no longer attend but we are not responsible for this. Therefore, we ask that you only purchase a ticket if you know you can make it. We will release the waitlist on the week of November 4th.
