Grab your mat and join us for a 50-minute, beat-based, high-intensity mat pilates class with SESSION Pilates — a reformer Pilates studio coming to Green Hills early 2025! The female-led, privately owned studio currently has six locations in and around Dallas, TX, and has been nationally recognized as a Best Fitness Studio (and “Most Instagrammable”) by ClassPass, as well as being named Best Pilates Studio by D Magazine, Dallas Morning News, Plano Magazine and more. The SESSION method focuses on quick transitions throughout a music-based, full-body reformer workout. For this class at Graduate Nashville, SESSION Nashville co-owner Liza Myers will lead a mat Pilates version to give you a taste of what the obSESSION is all about!
