About the Presenter:

Dr. Mark Giancaspro is a Senior Lecturer and practising commercial lawyer at the University of Adelaide Law School. Mark teaches in various legal disciplines, including contract and consumer law, commercial law, and sports law. He has published widely on topics such as contract formation, renegotiation, and smart contracts. Additionally, he has trained international commercial law firm LK Law's Accessible Justice Project. Mark is a member of several professional organisations, including the Law Council of Australia, the Australian Commercial Law Association, and the International Association of Consumer Law.
