?Registrations on the day from 6.15am and close 6.45am sharp for race briefing and race start at 7am.
Non members welcome $15
To assist with registrations to run smoother and quicker on race morning we would prefer you to register online.

Long Course 600m?♀️18k?7.5k?♂️
Short course 300m?♀️/9k? /5k.?♂️
Social and Junior distances also available.
?Did you know with our social distance you can do a team ?
Bring a freind or 2 and do a leg each !
?NO on the day registrations for Juniors so if you want to come have some fun with us tell mum and dad to sign you up now ! This is to assist us with numbers so we can allow for extra help if required.
All children under 10 are to be accompanied by an adult.
On both bike and run leg (Bike required) Juniors race starts at 6.50 am so please be sure to be ready and registered by 6.40am.
