Grace Notes:

Grace... it means unmerited favor... or.. getting blessings from God even though I don’t deserve it.

Our Agenda For Prayer:

1. Self: whether we already know Jesus as our savior and have experienced his grace (or not!), we need to take time regularly to get alone with god to listen for Him to guide and direct us throughout our life.

2. Our Inner Circle: those closest to us - people with whom we interact with directly - people whose needs we often know (physical, spiritual, financial, etc.) Even if we are Christians, there are likely people in our inner circle who are not, and have not yet experienced God's grace. It is important to set time aside to pray for these people - our family and friends that we would like to know we'll see in Heaven someday.

3. Our Community: Our community is a little further out than our inner circle - people with whom we may interact occasionally, whose needs may be a little less obvious as a whole, but a group of people that, undoubtedly, includes people in it who do not yet know Jesus). Our community includes local business owners, city officials, emergency services, and others.

4. Our State: a group wider than our community, with collective needs that affect the entire.. our state leaders, elected officials, representatives, legislatures. Among this group, there are undoubtedly believers, but likely many who do not yet know Jesus.

5. Our Nation: so many needs at the national level - for our President, our upcoming elections, people in elected positions, our government, weather disasters, and many other national topics.

6. Our World: As our technology increases, our world seems to decrease in size - yet there are needs we can pray for collectively at the global level (global pandemics, for instance!)
