Singer/songwriter Grace Blackford crafts emotive, thoughtful R&B -forward tracks that affirm and arrest listeners in equal measure. No matter the stylistic avenue she explores, from the lush electronic production of her debut album 'Inside My Head,' to the earthy, stripped-down sounds of her forthcoming EP 'How Does Anybody Ever Move On,' Blackford's introspective spirit and soulful voice guide each song through highly personal explorations of nostalgia, grief, and the complex, multifaceted nature of love. Whether accompanied in a live setting by her husband, guitarist Ricardo Morales Vivero, or a 3 piece band, Grace presents an intimate and immediate concert experience centered around Grace's captivating vocal presence and aching vulnerability.

Clare Feorene is Clevelands Princess of Sad Girl Folk-Pop, with a flair for the melancholy and morose. Underneath her ethereal vocals and catchy melodies lies lyrics lamenting on the suffering that is innate within the human experience. She sings of love, loss, yearning, and grief.
Born right before the turn of the millenia, she was brought into a rapidly changing world. Cultural unrest, technological revolution, and a devolving sense of stability in American society created the foundation upon which her young identity was built. The facade of the nuclear family was crumbling, and she bore firsthand witness.
At the core of her music, the wounds of this experience take center stage. Uncertainty, isolation, and a desperate desire for identity plagued her youth. To cope, she went inwards, finding safety in the internal world she constructed, where colors were more vibrant, and pain less abundant.
This aptitude to create beauty from sorrow eventually evolved into a talent for songwriting. Her ability to observe the intangible, and express its ineffable manifestations, creates music that speaks to the soul.
