Chef and Owner Andrea Montobbio’s first La Famiglia Pasta Dinner will bring a true taste of Italy to the Town at Trilith on Sunday October 20 2024 beginning at 6 p.m. Inspired by Montobbio’s childhood dinners in Northern Italy guests will be served a family-style meal designed to nourish both the body and soul. To start diners will enjoy a selection of chef-curated appetizers before diving into hand-crafted pasta dishes. These include pillowy gnocchi al pesto tagliolini al tartufo—prepared tableside in a hollowed-out Parmesan cheese wheel—spaghetti ai frutti di mare brimming with fresh seafood and bucatini all’amatriciana a classic Roman dish with a smoky flavorful tomato sauce. Two carefully selected wines will complement the robust flavors of the main courses and an array of Italian pastries and desserts will end the meal on a sweet note. A celebration of family and tradition ENZO’s La Famiglia Pasta Dinner is $75 per person excluding tax and gratuity.
