Healthy North Coast, in collaboration with Port Macquarie Base Hospital Antenatal Service, invites GPs and GP Registrars involved or interested in pregnancy referrals and the Shared Care model for low-risk pregnancies to a lunch and education session at Rydges Port Macquarie.
Join us for lunch, a valuable opportunity to connect with colleagues, and a four-hour education session focused on key updates in maternity care.

What will be covered:
Fiona and Penny will be joined by their colleagues to discuss the many recent changes in the antenatal space, including the new guidelines for diagnosing gestational diabetes mellitus, the introduction of Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing of Rhesus D (NIPT-D), and the updates regarding pre-eclampsia screening.

For GPs, this event is accredited with RACGP and ACRRM for 4 CPD points. A certificate of attendance will be provided for all others upon request.

The session is ideal for those refer to Port Macquarie Base Hospital (PMBH) and wish to provide shared care for low-risk pregnancies as attendance is required for credentialing to participate in the GP Shared Care Model with PMBH.
