Governance Fundamentals is an interactive workshop designed to support new and established trustees of Māori Land Trusts and Marae to navigate their governance responsibilities effectively, so that they can lead with confidence and purpose.Whether you’re newly appointed or have years of experience, this session will help strengthen your understanding of governance best practices, financial oversight, compliance obligations, and strategic leadership – all within a kaupapa Māori framework.
