This evening will involve music paired with food and wine for each course. The connections and themes running through the music, food, and wine will be explained throughout the evening.
Music will be provided by Latin Quarter featuring Jim McKinney (vibes), Dan Peterson (guitar), Jim Speirs (trumpet), Mark Law (bass), and Bruce Reinhart (latin percussion).
Chef Nicholas Skajewski from Skajewski Catering will be providing the four-course meal.
Riccardo Tarabelsi from R Wine Bar + Kitchen will hand select and pair the wine. Tickets are limited and available for $150 per person. A portion of the ticket will be considered a donation and tax deductible.
Seating will be limited and may be communal depending on availability and first come first serve. We will make every effort to seat groups together but cannot guarantee anything. We will reach out to you in advance of the performance to inquire about seating preferences.

MENU:
Salad | Preset Brazilian inspired chopped salad of heart of palm, tomato, fennel, avocado, shallot, mint, and an agave, lime, and garlic vinaigrette.
Appetizer | Cuban tamale filled with slow braised pork, tomato, garlic, and onion. Served with escabeche and an Anaheim chili sauce.
Entree | Classic Feijoada pork and black bean stew atop al dente rice. Garnished with farofa and a cilantro/scallion salad.
Dessert | Dulce de Leche cheesecake, maple candied pecans, bourbon smoked sea salt.
